Emil Flisfeder began his legal journey as a paralegal before joining SLG LLP as a summer student and later returned to SLG LLP as an articling student, before joining the firm as an associate lawyer.
Emil works closely with a broad range of clients, including individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, family businesses, professionals, privately held companies, and real estate developers. He is experienced in helping clients with business structuring, transactions, real estate matters, financing, asset transfers, and reorganizations. Emil is involved from the earliest planning stages through to closing, providing support tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether they are launching a business, expanding operations, securing financing, or transitioning assets.
