Joshua Goldkind serves clients primarily in the area of estate planning, with additional practice in commercial real estate leasing. He advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, helping them protect their assets and plan for the future, and also represents landlords and tenants in leasing matters. Josh also acts as an in-house lawyer for a well respected real estate brockerage.
Joshua completed his articles at SLG LLP before joining the firm as an associate lawyer in 2025. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Joshua managed a portfolio exceeding 250,000 square feet of commercial real estate across Ontario, completing hundreds of complex leasing transactions that continue to generate tens of millions in rental revenue.

Joshua holds legal degrees in two jurisdictions, earning a GPLLM from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2024 with a 4.0 GPA and an LLB with First Class Honours from the University of Leicester in 2023. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 2021. Joshua was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
